BECOME A VENDOR!

It's easy to become a vendor at our Walk and promote your product or service to supporters and members of Tulsa Boxer Rescue

1. Complete the Vendor Request form below. 

2. You will be contacted by TBR to inform you if you have been approved for a booth space. Submitting this form does not guarantee you a space.   Due to space limitations, all vendors must be approved.

3. Once approved, you will be sent a registration form, purchase advertising in our program (optional) and make payment.

Please note that at this time, submitting a vendor request simply lets us know you are interested in becoming a vendor.  You are not obliged in any way to rent a space, and we are not asking for a payment at this time. 

Booth Information:
Booths prices are $50.  You will provide your own tent, table and chairs.

Food vendors: Please make sure you specify below if you are a food vendor.

Non-Profits: We have a limited number of booths for non-profits at no charge. Please specify below if you are a non-profit. A copy of your 501(c)3 will need to be faxed.
